FAA sUAS Licensed Commercial Drone Pilot (Part 107)
Amanda is a licensed Professional Planner specializing in New Jersey municipal planning, redevelopment, zoning, and land use. She holds a Master of City and Regional Planning and a Bachelor of Science in Urban Planning and Design from the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University and is certified by the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP). She is also an FAA Part 107 licensed remote pilot, utilizing sUAS technology for site documentation, existing conditions analysis, mapping, and visual exhibits. Her work focuses on interpreting and applying the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law (MLUL), municipal zoning ordinances, and redevelopment regulations in support of development applications.

Cristen Sheppard is a Senior Planner with Cofone Consulting Group, providing land use planning and project management services to public and private sector clients throughout New Jersey. Her experience includes master planning, redevelopment planning, and infrastructure-related projects, as well as coordination of applications before municipal Planning Boards and Zoning Boards of Adjustment. Cristen supports projects through the municipal review and approval process, including preparation of planning analyses and coordination of materials in support of expert testimony before municipal Planning Boards and Zoning Boards of Adjustment. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology, Linguistics, and Environmental Studies from Saint Joseph’s University.
